Felipe Alejandro (Owner, Lead Builder)
CasaBella Builders is run by Felipe Alejandro. Felipe is a Licensed building practitioner with 14+ years’ experience in renovations. Felipe is passionate about building and has a great eye for detail.

He started building in Christchurch before making the move to the big smoke of Auckland 5 years ago. Outside of building Felipe likes to mountain bike, go four-wheel driving and camping.
​
He enjoys seeing CasaBella projects come to life and can’t wait to work with you on yours.
Nathan Neale (Apprentice)
​
Nathan is an apprentice builder, he has moved from Christchurch to Auckland to pursue a building career. He has been with the CasaBella family for the last two years.
​
In his spare time Nathan is an athlete, he trains for long distance running.
Bruce Ramirez (Builder)
​
Bruce joined the CasaBella Building family a year ago moving from new build projects to building renovations.
Bruce is a quality builder with 5+ years experience.
​
Bruce is originally from the Philippines but now calls New Zealand home. Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog.
Dylan Russell (Apprentice)
​
Dylan is an apprentice builder, he has previous experience building commercial buildings but has seen the light and moved over to renovations.
Dylan comes from a family that owns a painting business. Outside of work Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
